A little homesick!
It has been 37 days 18 hours and about 10 minutes since we pulled out of my parents drive way and I can honestly say today is the first day that I have been homesick and wanted to be back to Georgia. I mean yea, I've missed my family but I haven't wanted to actually wanted to be back in Georgia. The bug infested, hot, and drama filled place that was my home for over 10 years. But today I did. Today was little brother high school graduation! I'm so happy for him and so so proud of him! Big shout out to my little bro! Go into your adulthood with a good head, a big heart, the gull to say no if you have too and love every moment because you won't get that moment back! I love you!

A new me!
A new me is a work in progress! No it's not another project, haha. It's a lifestyle change. I'm working on everything from what time I wake up to what I eat to what time I go to sleep and everything in between! Yesterday was my starter day. I didn't get up as early as I wanted but the rest of the day went well. One of the main things I'm working on is my weight and what I eat. Ever since I've I was pregnant with Little Man and gained 55 pounds (yikes, I know) I've struggled with my weight. Well I'm ready to take it back. At the beginning of the year I had a plan. And the plan worked well (like really well). I had lost 10 pounds by February. Then I stopped! So did the progress. So I'm going to start this plan again. What is this plan you ask? It's actually really simple. I got some Slim Fast shake mix. I have 2 shakes a day. I get the Strawberry one and it's really (really really) good. I can't even taste that it's a weight loss thing. Then I have 3 random healthy snacks. This is were all my fresh fruits and veggies come in! And then I have one sensible meal a day, which is usually dinner. That is the diet park of my plan. Then there is the exercise part of the plan. Well that's not so easy. I'm doing a combination of C25K and P90X (with a little bit of Dance Central and Fruit Ninja and other various Kinect 360 games). Well I'm sure you are bored with my explanation of my plan. I will have random updates for this. Once I see some progress I might (maybe, possibly) post pictures. I'm soo not photogenic. I stay behind the camera, haha! Till next time

Happy Mothers Day
Today as I sit and watch my little ones play and giggle I really start to think. Seeing their little smiles and their little eyes light up give me the best feeling ever. It really amazes me that I gave life to these two little amazing beings! Of course I'm not trying to toot my own horn or anything I am very proud of my babies even though we still have a long way to go together! And I definitely won't lie and say it's easy. Being a mother is the best and hardest thing that has ever happened to me. It has taught me patience, discipline, a little bit of endurance, and most importantly love. I think that is something you don't fully comprehend until you become a mother and even then it's hard because there is so much love! Okay I'll be done with my lovingness of being a mom, haha! So Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there. New, experienced, old and young! Till next time

A new adventure, a new place and a new me!
I know I have been MIA for way too long! A lot has happened! We are finally at our new duty station! Wow what the last month put us through! I will get a post up about our trip at a later time! A little update on the kids! Little man turned 3 in March and Little Lady is 9.5 months! They are getting way too big! We have only been to Washington for 1 short week but we love it so far! As soon as we get settled in we will be working on potty training Little Man and teaching Little Lady sign language! I'm planning on keeping up with the blog on life as a mommy and wife! I'm going to pick up where I left off with my pins and I will start the Crock Pot challenge as soon as we get fully settled! I will also be working on a P90X/C25K workout plan and diet here soon so be on the look out for that! I'm currently getting the pictures together from our trip so there will be a big (or several consecutive) post(s) on that with everything I learned on the way! Till then
